Hmm...

So, what exactly do you write on your first blog entry? I know, I know Candie is saying..."She FINALLY did it! It only took her a year!" Did you know all of this time I have secretly been blogger-stalking you? I'm super envious that you are the amazing mom that can write so eloquently AND take a gazillion of fantastic pictures. Don't worry...I'm taking notes. I'll get it. Hopefully.

I have to admit that the main reason I am doing this is so that our family and friends both in Texas and in South Africa can keep tabs on us. I really want to be able to share the joy that is in that little smile I get every morning from my munchkin. I miss him just when he takes a nap, so I can't imagine how his Honey and Nana are doing it! I am also trying to kick my own tail in gear with my murals. I would love if they could supplement a nice little income so I can stay at home with Kix longer, however they don't paint themselves. So I will probably post lots of pictures and maybe link the mural website to this blog. The last and most pathetic reason I am doing a blog is because EVERY single night I read blogs before I go to sleep. I find them fascinating. I read blogs of people I don't even know....is that super weird? Anyone else do that? So maybe I am just jumping on the bandwagon, but who cares? I'll give it a whirl.

Wish me luck...I'm telling you, this is going to be a little difficult for me. Writing is definitely not my strength, but hey I love a good challenge!
